Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Saqafat Perfumes, every fragrance is crafted with care and attention to detail. We take great pride in delivering only authentic, high-quality perfumes to our customers.
Our goal is to make your shopping experience smooth, transparent, and satisfying.

Because perfumes are personal-use products, we maintain strict hygiene and authenticity standards. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns

Due to the nature of perfumes, we do not accept returns once the packaging seal has been broken or the product has been used. This ensures that every customer receives a fresh and untampered product.

We only accept returns in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product arrived damaged or leaking.

If you experience any of these issues, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging showing the issue

Our team will review your request and guide you through the return or replacement process.

2. Refunds

Once your return request is approved and verified, a refund or replacement will be issued based on your preference.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

  • In case of replacement, we will ship your new product as soon as possible, at no extra cost.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer product exchanges unless the item you received was incorrect or damaged upon delivery.

If you would like a different fragrance, please place a new order once your refund or replacement has been processed.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been shipped.
Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with missing items, please contact us immediately at support@saqafatperfumes.com within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll ensure that your concern is resolved promptly.
