All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with your order number and tracking details as soon as it’s shipped.

During festive seasons or special sales, processing times may take slightly longer due to high order volumes – but we promise to keep you updated every step of the way.

2. Shipping Partners & Delivery Time

We work with trusted and reliable courier partners across India to ensure fast and safe delivery.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 5–8 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

(Delivery times may vary depending on courier service availability and location.)

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • A small shipping fee may apply for orders below this value or for certain remote areas.

  • Any applicable shipping fee will be shown at checkout before payment.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
You can use this link to track your shipment status in real time.

5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please make sure your shipping address and contact number are entered correctly at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, we can re-ship it after collecting an additional shipping fee.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

Your satisfaction and trust are our priority.
If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details.
We’ll investigate and ensure a replacement or refund is issued as quickly as possible.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India.
